Are the prints high quality?

Yes. We only use genuine high quality Canon printers, inks and papers for our print to ensure every print we produce looks fantastic. Find out more here.

 

What type of frames do you use?

Our frames are made with high quality materials that give a premium looking finish. They are available in A4 and A3 sizes in either black or white. We use a crystal clear perspex instead of glass within the frame for safety and postage reasons. Find out more here.

 

Do you do custom designs?

Not normally, but please feel free to contact us if you have a specific request. If you also have a concern or want a modification to an existing print (for example you have an especially long name that you’re not sure will work with a design) then just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE on all orders – so the price you see is the price you pay!

 

Do you only ship to the UK?

Yes. Currently we only ship to mainland UK and not overseas.

 

How will my item be sent?

All of our images are sent recorded and insured. We use Royal Mail to ship most of our items and couriers for larger items. All items are dispatched from us suitably packaged and protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

 

What if my print arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your print so that it arrives safely and in perfect condition. If you order a framed print, we use a crystal clear perspex instead of glass. It looks just the same, but perspex won’t crack or smash in the post and is safer around the home.

 

If I order several items together, will they be delivered at the same time?

Yes. We make and process every order ourselves, so if you order several items together in one purchase then they will arrive together.

 

What happens if I’m not there when my items are delivered?

Royal Mail or the courier company will either leave a card saying when they’ll try again or details of where your item can be collected.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, if you have an account. Just log in and change your details. However if your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery address isn’t usually possible, and you may be charged for redelivery.

 

Where’s my item?

You should expect your print to arrive within 5-7 days from when you ordered. If you have waited longer than 7 days and you haven’t received your item then please get in touch with us and we’ll find out what’s going on. Please do not contact us within 7 days of your order as your item is likely to either still being processed or is in the post.

 

Can I collect my item?

No. We are very sorry but we do not accept visitors.

Can I have a refund?

All of our prints are personalised and so we can not offer returns if you change your mind once the print has been produced. If there is a problem that is our fault or there is an issue with the quality of the print or framing then we will of course rectify any issues for you. Just get in touch.

 

What if my print arrives with the wrong details?

We recommend you check your details carefully before placing your order. If you enter the incorrect details and your print has already been produced then we can not provide a free replacement or offer a refund. If the error is on our side we will provide a replacement or refund.
